1. Overview
A Table To Love, LLC provides curated tabletop rentals, styling services, and event-related offerings. By placing an order through our website or directly with our team, the Client agrees to all Terms & Conditions outlined below.
A Table To Love reserves the right to refuse, modify, or cancel any order at its sole discretion.
2. Reservations & Payment
A fifty percent (50%) non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. The remaining balance must be paid no later than fifteen (15) days prior to the event date.
Orders are not confirmed, scheduled, or delivered unless full payment has been received.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
All deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Once final payment has been made, all payments are final and non-refundable. No cancellations or refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Weather conditions, including rain or adverse weather, are not considered valid grounds for cancellation or refund.
4. Order Modifications
Clients may modify their order up to fifteen (15) days prior to the event date.
Reductions will not reduce the original non-refundable deposit amount.
Once final payment has been made, no reductions or removals are permitted.
Additions may be requested and are subject to availability.
5. Rental Period, Delivery & Pickup
The standard rental period includes delivery one (1) day prior to the event and return or pickup the day after the event.
Delivery timing is not guaranteed and depends on scheduling, logistics, and availability.
A Table To Love reserves the right to schedule same-day delivery or same-day pickup if required due to inventory needs or scheduling constraints.
The Client is responsible for ensuring proper access to the delivery and pickup location. Any delays.
6. Client Pickup Option
Clients may opt to pick up rentals from our Doral location. All pickup and return instructions will be coordinated in advance.
The Client assumes full responsibility for all items from the moment of pickup until return.
7. Inspection & Notification Policy
The Client is responsible for inspecting all rental items upon delivery or pickup.
• For prior-day deliveries: any missing or damaged items must be reported no later than 8:00 AM on the event day
• For same-day deliveries: any issues must be reported within three (3) hours of delivery
Failure to notify within these timeframes constitutes full acceptance of the order as complete and in good condition.
8. Use, Care & Handling of Items
All rental items must be handled with care and returned free of food residue and liquids.
Items must not be:
• Washed or reused
• Exposed to wax, paint, adhesives, ink, grease, or similar substances
• Subjected to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
All rental items are intended for single use only and may not be reused, rewashed, or redistributed for multiple events or purposes.
9. Damage Waiver
A mandatory Damage Waiver Fee is applied to all orders and provides limited coverage for eligible accidental damage to rental items, up to twenty-five percent (25%) of the total invoice value.
If the total value of damaged items exceeds twenty-five percent (25%) of the total invoice amount, the Client agrees to be fully responsible for all additional replacement costs beyond that limit, based on the applicable replacement rates outlined below.
This waiver does not cover missing, stolen, heavily damaged, or intentionally damaged items, nor any damage resulting from negligence, misuse, improper handling, or exposure to substances such as wax, paint, adhesives, ink, grease, or excessive residue.
All damaged items must be presented for inspection and verified by A Table To Love in order to be considered under the Damage Waiver. Any item not presented for inspection will be considered missing and charged accordingly.
10. Loss, Damage & Replacement
The Client assumes full responsibility for all rental items while in their possession.
Missing items are not covered by the Damage Waiver and will be charged at full replacement cost.
Replacement costs will be determined solely by A Table To Love as follows:
• Three (3) times the rental price for linens, napkins, and other textile items
• Four (4) times the rental price for dinnerware, glassware, flatware, chargers, and standard tabletop items
• Ten (10) times the rental price for furniture and premium items
11. Cleaning & Return Conditions
Washing is not required; however, all items must be returned free of food residue and liquids.
Items returned with excessive residue, stains, candle wax, burns, paint, ink, grease, or permanent damage may incur additional cleaning or replacement charges.
12. Setup Services & Site Conditions
If setup services are included, all tables, chairs, and necessary elements must be fully prepared and in their final positions prior to the arrival of A Table To Love.
If the space is not properly prepared and our team is required to rearrange, move, or clear the area in order to proceed with setup, a $200 service fee will apply.
13. Breakdown & Pickup Conditions
At the time of pickup, all items must be properly repacked, organized, and ready for retrieval.
If breakdown services were not purchased and items are not packed and ready at the scheduled pickup time, a $200 service fee will apply.
14. Late Returns & Non-Returned Items
All rental items must be returned the day following the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to return items on time will result in a late return fee equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the total invoice amount per day, for each day the items are not returned.
Late returns may also incur additional rental charges at the discretion of A Table To Love.
Items not returned within a reasonable timeframe may be considered lost and charged at full replacement cost.
Failure to return rental items may result in additional charges and collection actions if necessary.
15. Rental Extensions
Rental extensions must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. Approval is not guaranteed.
Additional rental fees will apply and will be determined based on the items and duration requested.
16. Third-Party Services
Certain items, including furniture and floral arrangements, may be sourced through trusted third-party vendors.
A Table To Love is not responsible for third-party availability, performance, delays, or damages.
17. Weather Responsibility
The Client is responsible for ensuring all rental items are kept in safe and protected conditions at all times, including during outdoor events.
A Table To Love is not responsible for any damage caused by weather conditions, including but not limited to rain, wind, humidity, or extreme temperatures.
18. Photography & Marketing
A Table To Love reserves the right to photograph and use images or videos of event setups and rental items for marketing, promotional, and portfolio purposes.
19. Limitation of Liability
A Table To Love is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or accidents resulting from the use, handling, or misuse of rental items.
20. Agreement
By placing an order, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all Terms & Conditions outlined herein.
